Delivery Schedule
- Monday to Friday: Deliveries are available from 8am to 5pm.
- Saturday: Deliveries are available from 8am to 1pm.
- Sundays & Public Holidays: No deliveries are available.
Same-Day Delivery
- Order Deadline: To qualify for same-day delivery, please place your order before 10am on the desired delivery day.
- Delivery Timeframe: Same-day deliveries will be made within our regular delivery hours on the day of the order.
Delivery Areas
- We deliver exclusively within Durban. Please ensure you select your delivery area at checkout to confirm delivery availability to your desired location.
Delivery Process
- Our Fleet: All deliveries are handled by our own trucks to ensure the utmost care and timely delivery of your order.
- Delivery Address: Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. This includes any specific instructions to help our drivers locate the delivery address efficiently.
- Recipient Availability: Ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address. If no one is available, our driver will attempt to contact the recipient or leave the package in a safe location.
